In the kitchen there is a wood-burning stove and in the living room a wood fired furnace for the heating. Warm water is provided by a electric boiler. The energy for the boiler is coming from solar panels which are mounted on the roof.
Parking space is available at the house.

Hiking, bicycling (normal or with mountain bike) starts directly at the front door.
There are many culturel and leisure activities in the vicinity and it is not far to Munich (60 km), Chiemsee (27 km) or Salzburg (90 km).

The House is amazing, the opportunity to be in a real Bavarian house with more than 300 years old, the location made our weekend more than perfect, even the cold weather outside the house has the necessary to warm it.

Everything was wonderful, and better than expected! The hosts are incredibly nice, and even made a little birthday present for my wife from their garden! Look for the cute kitty who will visit you every morning! You will love it here, we did!
