Charming house located in the countryside of Spoltore, a few kilometers from Pescara, in an ideal location to explore the Abruzzo hinterland, beach vacations, vacations with friends and relatives, or simply get away from everything.

The space
Casa Oliveto is spread over two floors and has 3 bedrooms, all with a double bed that can be converted into 2 large single beds. Each room offers a spacious private bathroom with access to the garden or terrace. The property includes a laundry room on the first floor, air conditioning in all areas and a comfortable TV/family room with sofa and armchairs. The large dining room welcomes convivial moments, while the modern kitchen, adjacent to the living area, offers a practical and functional design.
In May 2024, we will start work on the swimming pool, which should be ready for August.
