The space
We have equipped the place with all the essentials which someone would look for when he /she is out for stay. Room does have split Air Conditioner with temperature control, Room Heater, TV with cable 24x 7 connection , Wi Fi Internet , Night Lamp , International Adapter, Hair Dryer , Iron (on request). New Addition : Air Purifier
Bathroom is equipped with 24*7 running hot/cold water ( Heater to be switched on 15-20 min prior to use)
Kitchen has refrigerator , induction plate , toaster , electric kettle , microwave , induction cooking utensils , cutlery etc...
You have a gazebo for outdoor sitting and bar counter with high bar chairs to have drinks
Bathroom and Kitchen are exclusive for the guest and no one else uses it.
Terrace and Room are exclusive and is not shared by any other guest or owners.
We just have one room for guests thus there can't be any other guests while your stay....

House Rules and Instructions
No Get Togethers / Parties are allowed. Only the Guests booked on AirBNB site with registered ID submitted to the host are allowed at the property.
Guests should adhere to check in and check out time. Check in time is 1:00 pm or later, Check out time is 11:00 a.m or before.
Check in at odd hours between 10: 00 pm - 6:00 am to be informed prior to booking.
Guests who require car parking should give prior information . Bizzare parking in front of gate or at non designated place causes inconvenience to neighbours and building residents.
All Occupant guests need to submit the identity documents on arrival without fail.
For Foreign Guests, Form C Details along with Passport / Visa Copy to be submitted on arrival.
For Indian Guest, Aadhaar/Passport copy to be submitted on arrival without fail.
For long stay , linen and towels are replaced on every third day (can be done earlier on request).
Guests are provided with 2 water bottles on check in day, bottled water for other days to be managed by guest themselves. Additional Bottles are chargeable.
Lights and Air Conditioner /Heater /Geyser to be turned off when away or not in use.
For hot water, geyser switch to be switched on 15-20 minutes prior to use.
No pets are allowed in the property.
Guests are expected not to be noisy as it causes inconvenience to neighbours and building residents.
Guests are requested to smoke outdoors and refrain from smoking in rooms / bathrooms.
Guests who desire complete privacy should inform the host, as cleaning staff comes during the day.
In such cases, host will pre inform guests about housekeeping staff arrival and then let them in :
Lady Cleaner for Terrace Outdoor Cleaning:
Morning between 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Male Gardener for Watering plants:
Evening between 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Loss of Card and Keys are chargeable. Lost Card Charge is 800 INR( 10 USD ) and Key Loss Charge is 1200 INR(15 USD)
