Park for free

This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Close to Courtown and Ballymoney Golf Clubs. With a 2 minute stroll to the forest, a 5 minute saunter to the sea and within walking distance to pubs and eateries alike. No 4 Red Row is ideally situated for those who like the outdoors and those wishing to explore Gorey and the surrounding areas. The house itself is a spacious, clean and contemporary dwelling with all modern conveniences. Can happily accommodate large groups and families.

The space
The generous open plan living/dining area boasts luxury couches, flame effect fireplace and a 47 inch TV with satellite channels, Chrome Cast and Wi-Fi. This area also includes large dining table, next to a spacious modern kitchen with all mod cons, opening out onto a beautiful sun trapped private courtyard with outdoor furniture, perfect for for al fresco dining. The perfect setting to best enjoy a bottle of wine or some cold beers.

There are four spacious bedrooms (one En-Suite), three upstairs and one downstairs. Upstairs, the family bedroom has a double and single bed, plus a cot for a baby or small child. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a super-king size bed with ensuite. There are twin beds in the downstairs bedroom. We are big fans of sleep and so we've chosen high quality mattresses, cozy duvets and black out blinds. All our bed linen is 100% cotton. Apart from the en-suite there is one further bathroom with rain head shower and an additional WC downstairs.
Off street parking for up to 3 cars. There is space for nine people, three couples and one extra single in the upstairs family room, and two singles in the downstairs bedroom, with a cot for one child, also in the family room upstairs.
It is situated around one hour and forty five minutes to two hours drive from Dublin airport.

As this house is our home when guests are not staying, we would appreciate if guests would treat our house and home with the respect you would treat your own home by reading an honouring our house rules which we will provide for you.
We want our guests to really enjoy themselves, but, as we live in a residential area, close to our neighbours, we would ask our guests to respect our neighbours and keep music levels at a reasonable level.

We have a strict no shoe policy in our house so we would advise guests to bring slippers or house socks for your comfort and beach towels if you are planning on swimming in any of our local beaches.
Please let us know how many guests are intending to stay when you are booking, and if there is anything we can do to make your stay better.
