We're so sorry to hear that you were disappointed as we work hard to ensure a perfect stay for our guests and are quite surprised to read this. I have reached out to the cleaners to find out what happened in terms of toilet paper, hangars, trash bags, etc. Those are always fully stocked under the kitchen sink and within the bathroom vanity for when additional supplies are needed by guests. This is quite different from all the other reviews. In the rare opportunities where something wasn't ideal, we've moved heaven and earth to make it right and quickly! But we didn't hear a single word during your week long stay. not one word. We could have directed you to all the extra materials in the unit or had our cleaners deliver them within minutes as they're never more than a couple hundred yards away. On the chance that something isn't exactly as expected, we can only help when we're aware. And regarding parking, both in the listing and in the pre-stay communication directly with you, we made it r clear that the building has an on-site single spot for loading and unloading (a 20 minute time frame is suggested) and after that we have a space on Alden street. I don't know how it could take 10 minutes to walk there, but regardless, we tried to make it abundantly clear that the long term spot was off premises.
