The space
Located in the town of Tapalpa, 5 blocks away from the main plaza in a private condo, with all services, Tv, Wifi Internet, sound system, a traditional Mexican kitchen that overlooks the garden with barbecue and wood oven, you can also have it with cleaning service included.

It has a panoramic view from the balcony of the upper room and the terrace, large garden with outdoor fire place.

Relax with a walk in the forest, bike or horseback ride, visit the tourist attractions of the magical town of Tapalpa, the big stones, the waterfall, the trout fishing and much more close to you.

The word "tapalpa" comes from the Nahuatl word "tlapalpan" meaning "land of colors, it is considered a magic town.
Here I leave you a list of activities you can do and all you need to know about them:

- Waterfall "el salto del Nogal".
It's located 14km from the center of Tapalpa taking freeway 437. It's recommended to arrive by cross over, Suv or truck, once you reach the descent zone, leave the vehicle and continue on foot forminutes until you reach the waterfall. I recommend you to bring water, snacks, as well as a cap and comfortable clothing and shoes. You could also use a stick or cane for support in descent and ascent because although the path is well marked, it is a dirt road and stones that can become difficult in some sections. It is not recommended for older adults, small children or people with asthma, knees problems or bad physical condition. If you arrive early you can find tour guides who will guide you during the journey for no more than $ 200 pesos.
The landscapes along the way are incredible and although it is a quite difficult journey the reward is worth it with the beautiful view of the barracks and the waterfall.

-Ekopark.
It's an adventure park of 22 hectares with different attractions located on the road to San Gabriel km 6.5,. Some of the activities you can do are: zip lines, hanging bridges, gotcha, climbing and rappelling, hiking, 360 swing, among others.
The entry price is $30 pesos but each activity has its additional cost (when you pay for your first activity, they will return you $20 pesos). There are guides and photographers, as well as bathrooms and selling food and drinks. It is recommended to call before visiting the park (), because sometimes they have large groups from enterprises or families and they have limited availability. Depending on how many activities you do, it usually takes at least half a day or a full day to tour the park. It is recommended for any age. They don't allow entry with food or drinks. It is open everyday rom 10:30am to 5:00pm.

-Natural Park "los Frailes".
These rock formations resemble friars praying, are the highest hill in the area so it's an excellent natural viewpoint. For experienced climbers it is quite a challenge to reach the top. There are many activities even for those who do not have physical condition, such as zip lines, abseiling, climbing, Atvs and walks. The entrance price is $ 50 pesos, the activities have additional cost. It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and warm clothes because the climate is cold. For more information you can call (33)

-The big stones.
They are located in the Valley of the riddle, a green and majestic place to which energetic powers are attributed by the rocks that probably fell there thousands of years ago; they are also called "extraterrestrial rocks". If you visit them you will see that in some of them there are pre-Hispanic inscriptions so some think that ancient cultures considered the place a kind of ceremonial center. It is located 5km from Tapalpa. In the downtown you can pay for tours by bicycle, Atv and horse. It is a great place to take pictures, do some zip-line activities, rappel or contemplate the river that is near the big stones. There is no entry cost, only a voluntary recovery fee is requested for cleaning and conservation of the valley. They have food area to rest and bathrooms. You can bring your own food and drinks.
