This beautiful spacious 4 bedroom private property is ideally located on the grounds of the Fairmont Southampton Hotel, enjoying a commanding presence and stunning panoramic views of the award winning and world-famous Horseshoe Bay Beach and enjoys proximity to the hotel golf course and Boundary restaurant. The Reefs hotel is also a five minute drive away and offers spa facilities and restaurants including Coconuts.
The rooms of Southern Views are large and spacious. It is ideal for families and multi generational get togethers.
The outdoor covered deck 15'x75' will be hard to leave as it has unparalleled views of Horseshoe Bay Beach. The sound of the lapping of waves floats up to the home. If you are here for full moon it is breath taking to watch it rise up out of the ocean, casting its translucent glow across the water. Daily for the early risers sunrise is stunning and worth getting up for from your deck!
Your own very large pool and wonderful palm trees make this area your own little oasis to read, swim or sunbathe.
The outdoor dining table also enjoys all these views and sounds. BBQing from this deck makes the chefs work easy.
Inside the kitchen is a chefs dream as extremely spacious with endless counters and an island for prepping. Gas stove and stainless steel appliances and all the gadgets, dishes and cutlery you will need make this a dream kitchen, no one will be under foot here. Additionally, the dinning and living room are all extremely spacious and can provide more than needed space for your group.
We have a wonderful dedicated chef that can be booked that will cook breakfast, lunch or dinner as well as drop off prepared food for you so you can stay out of the kitchen if you so choose.
The games room has a ping pong table and an entire bookcase of novels and board games so lots to do. Outside we have a small swing set for any little ones. We also have beach chairs and umbrellas and beach towels, and beach blankets and snorkel gear and soft sided coolers for the beach.
All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms so everyone free to shower and not have to wait. 3 are walk-in showers and one is a tub/shower for those who need a tub for younger ones. The home looks out over the famous Horseshoe Bay Beach.
Other amenities include a 10 minute walk to the Bermuda Railway Trail, which spans 18 miles of Bermuda- ideal for walking, biking, and scenic tours. Famous Gibbs Hill Lighthouse is also within walking distance and provides 360 views from its upper viewing station. Horseback riding and all the magic of Spicelands Ridge and South Shore trails which include sunrise and sunset guided tours begin a mere 5 minute taxi ride or moped ride away. We also have the two person electric car for hire a few minutes from your front door and a charging station to keep it going as well as a cycle livery where you can rent mopeds and push bikes, also located on the campus if you choose to rent and ride for your visit to Bermuda. Taxis can also be arranged or the pink public bus comes to both South Shore Road and Middle Road.

The property manager can be hired for private tours. We welcome families and are happy to put you in touch with Little Longtails who rent everything you could need - from crib, pak n play, high chair and toys and strollers.
