You will be very quiet while being close by bike and public transport to all the iconic places in Montreal.

- Rosemont metro station (5 minutes), Beaubien (7 minutes)
- Bellechasse (East-West) and REV St-Denis (North-South) bike paths
- Beaubien shopping street with restaurants, bars, grocery stores, pharmacies...
