Beautiful Provençal family home, in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Modern and comfortable interior, with a large kitchen and a beautiful living space. The exterior is organized around a large swimming pool (May-September) and a large terrace overlooking Mount Faron. A barbecue and a stone pizza oven allow you to share friendly moments.
Several parking spaces on the property. Easy access to downtown Toulon (15 min bike or bus), its beaches and local hikes

The space
This is our home, we live there all year round and only rent it out during our absences.

Indoor:

The refurbished living area is perfect for a convivial meal, with the central island of the kitchen and the living-dining area.

The sleeping area is organized around three bedrooms. A large double bed in one, a double bed that can be folded into a single bed in the guest bedroom, and a children's bedroom where it is possible to put a second bed (mattress, baby bed).
The sofa can also be converted into a double bed in the living room.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and bathtub. It is also brand new.

2 powder rooms.

Guest access
Access by car from both Toulon axes is very convenient. It's easy to avoid traffic jams in the city center to go for walks.
