Located on the hillsides above the beautiful village of Tourrettes sur Loup, with panoramic views of the Mediterranean, our villa is our haven of peace and family reunions, we hope you will find your serenity there.

The space
The villa is built on 160 m2 of living space and is accessible from the private parking lot by a few steps.
All the rooms of the house benefit from large bay windows offering beautiful light overlooking an outdoor access to a terrace and south-facing balcony. The 37 m2 living room and kitchen has a large opening onto a furnished terrace with views of the pool, village and Mediterranean.
All young children are welcome, however we ask you to be extremely vigilant because the exteriors present many dangers (stairs, terraces etc.)
2 master bedrooms with 160 double bed – a shower room and sink.
1 double bedroom and 1 large children's bedroom, share a large shower room with double sink.
The children's room has 1 pull-out bed 2 beds 90 x 190 as well as a bunk bed 3 beds 90 x 190.
1 mezzanine with 2 single beds 90 x 190
1 folding baby crib.
The structure of the children's beds, pull-out bed and bunk beds are for single use for children up to 16 years old.
All bedrooms have air conditioning except the living room and kitchen.
The pool is secured with a submerged roller shutter.

Guest access
The entire villa is available except 1 locked room for storage of the owners' personal belongings.

Other things to note
1-We ask you not to use the fireplace in the living room.

2-The Gas BBQ appliance has you of course made available to you, however it is up to you to manage the gas supply as well as you would buy charcoal for a wood grill.
Carrefour Contact 5 minutes away by car sells returnable bottles at about €25

3-The garbage cans are to be taken down to the garbage collector and sorting.
Before arriving at the village, going down the road from the villa, you will find the containers at your disposal.
All garbage bags forgotten voluntarily or involuntarily could cost you up to €150 depending on the quantity left at the villa.
