A fragrant mint shrub grows beside the house—perfect for a refreshing cup of tea or a mojito. Please harvest with care so everyone can share in its bounty.
The Drax Hall Community Clubhouse offers a fully equipped gym, a swimming pool, and a spacious common area for gatherings. (A small fee may apply.)
Other things to note
Living Room has ceiling and wall fans but no air-conditioner
Whole house solar water heater therefore hot water will be limited on overcast days
We live in a tropical area so please do not leave the outside door open for an extended period to prevent bugs and mosquitos from getting into the house
Our cleaners do a fantastic job in cleaning our bathrooms, one of our tubs has a manufacturing defect in which the colour is not consistently pearly white throughout, don't worry it's really clean.
Guests are not required to wash linen when leaving, we do however ask that you strip all beds that have been used and leave the linen in the laundry room. Additionally, please use the trash bags provided to take all trash to the curb when leaving.

Proudly introducing our eco-sensors on A/C units that automatically turn off if doors/windows are open for over 3 mins or when the room is unoccupied (with all entrance doors closed, requires at least one detected body movement to consider the room occupied).
