Villa in lush garden with large social areas both indoors and outdoors for the big family or social circle. Close to golf course and cozy beach! Buses 300 and 15 go from Malmö. Bus 300 goes directly to Malmö Hyllie (Malmö Arena)

The space
Four bedrooms, one of which is on the lower floor. Bedroom on the ground floor has a 210x210 bed. Bedroom 1 on the upper floor has a bed that is 180 cm with double duvet and space for an electric air mattress 150 cm. Bedroom 2 has a bed that is 140 cm with double duvet and space for a mattress on the floor. Bedroom 3 has a bed that is 105 cm with single sheets and space for a mattress on the floor. Existing bed mattresses are 90 cm and for the extra mattresses there are duvets/pillows. Single sheets for these. In addition to this, there are two wide sofas in one of the living rooms that you can sleep in if desired. We live on a natural plot in the woods where squirrels, deer and other animals can be found freely.
