Our house is bright, quiet, and easy to live with.
It benefits from a garden with a swimming pool of 4 meters by 3, and a large solarium terrace with a view of the sea.

The space
The Vallon des Auffes district, a former fishing port, is still today a place as typical as it is picturesque...
It's a must in Marseille!
Just a 15-minute walk from the old port, here you will find the calm of village life, while enjoying immediate proximity to the sea!

Located on the heights of the Auffes valley, our house enjoys an unobstructed view of the valley opposite and the sea.
On the ground floor of the house, on one level with the garden and the swimming pool (heated in winter), you will find:
A large living/dining room opening onto an equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine). A guest bedroom / TV room (with 140 cm bed)
A bathroom with laundry area
A separate toilet
A double bedroom (with 160 bed).
Upstairs:
A bedroom with a 160 bed
A separate toilet with sink
And another bedroom (master suite) with 160 bed, shower and washbasin, offering access to a 20 m2 solarium terrace with sea view.
In our garden there is also a shed with independent access.
Equipped with a kitchen, bathroom/WC, mezzanine bed, TV and air conditioning (NOT INCLUDED)
If it is not already rented, it can be used as an outbuilding. Do not hesitate to ask us about its availability!

The house is for rent for 8 people maximum.

This little paradise nestled at the end of a dead end is a very quiet, beautiful and relaxing place, so no party will be tolerated, even during the day.
Similarly, no noise should be made outside after 11 p.m., including in the dead end if you return after this time.

As often in the valley because of the topography, access to the house is via a staircase of about forty steps.
There is therefore no possibility of parking in front, but you will find free parking spaces all around.

Guest access
Our house is accessible in its entirety except for the smallest of the bedrooms as well as a closed dressing room in the master bedroom upstairs.
The garden and swimming pool will also be reserved exclusively for you.
On the other hand, the shed next to the house and its terrace are not accessible, because it is rented independently of the house.
