The place was built by the first woman mayor of Corrales..then sold on to other owners....we bought the place in February of 2011 and begin renovation and furnishing of the place. Though not technically a bed and breakfast there is Hannah and Nates for breakfast within a short walking distance. We have adjusted the price of rooms accordingly. Stayed here for three months and loved it. Even when the other rooms were occupied I felt like I had the whole place to myself. Very quiet place and one of the better values you can find in the area. They have everything that you will need and you will always feel at home.

This is a great place to come and relax and live as the locals do in an adobe home near great shops and restaurants.

Camino Encantado is a unique place > it's quiet and sits along a canal in the heart of Corrales. There are several restaurants CLOSE BY - but also retail shopping 'down the road' in ABQ and Rio Rancho. The location is ideal. The East Terrace Room has a patio and the back door opens to a large, landscaped garden-yard. SCENIC! My stay was over a month - it was a great!

If your looking for a nice and quiet place, this is it. Close enough to stores and malls yet out of the hustle and bustle of the city life. We enjoyed staying here. Patti and Carina

Thackery and Yelena were amazing hosts! When I arrived Mike helped me check in and showed me around and was really helpful. The room was comfortable and the bed was exceptional. I enjoyed the people that were staying there and it was fun getting to know Thackery, Yelena, Mike, and the other guests during my stay. I recommend this wonderful spot to anyone looking for a relaxing environment while exploring the Corrales, Albuquerque, and Santa Fe area. Exceptional!!

Quick response for directions. Warm greeting. Tour of the house. Encouraged questions provided information about local restaurants and activities. Quiet, peaceful, with private patio and large bedroom and bath area. I will go back when in the area.

Thackery And Yelena User ProfileThackery And Yelena is a superhost.

The owners are Thackery and Yelena Gray. We are professionals that are renting out rooms in our second home. We are not currentlbusiness. We live in Chicago but spend time in our Corrales home 3-4 times a year. Our second home is a large former bed and breakfast located in the quaint village of Corrales. The former B&B was called Inn the Village. Corrales is an old artist eclectic former farming community bordering northwest Albuquerque. It is located on over an acre of land not far from Interstate 25 on the way to Sante Fe. A guest or guests has access to living, dining and kitchen areas even if they rent one room. We love the area because it is quiet and also has the lowest crime rate in New Mexico. The courtyard and backyard are beautiful areas in which to relax. We enjoy the nearby elevated walking/riding trail where from the backyard we often see people riding their horses, bikes or walking.
