This spacious, open-plan villa is beautifully decorated with a relaxed coastal vibe, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your beach vacation.
Resort-Style Pools & Boardwalk:
Enjoy access to a brand-new resort-style pool just a 2-3 minute walk away (non-heated), plus the WindMark Village Center less than 5 minutes away offers another heated pool (Nov–Apr), private beach access, a pizza spot, boardwalk, playground, convenience store, live music on select days, and a gym (available for a fee).

Safe, family- and pet-friendly, this area is ideal for relaxed strolls, golf cart rides, and unwinding by the sea.

➤ This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
- Please note that a $150 Pet fee will be applied per reservation.
- Please disclose pets at the time of booking. All pets must be added to your reservation so the applicable pet fee can be applied.
- We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
- No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 70 pounds.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture and beds & please clean up after your pets.
- Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated
➤ Beach access is available at both ends of the street via two boardwalks.
➤ For your safety and security, cameras are installed at the front door, right side, and back of the house—no cameras inside the home.
➤ Guests are responsible for their own streaming accounts.
➤ Parking for up to 4 cars is available in the garage and driveway. Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed per HOA rules.
➤ To protect the septic system, please do not flush wipes, feminine products, or similar items. Any damage costs will be charged to guests.
➤ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
➤ Community pool closures are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds. We’ll notify you ahead of any known closures.
