New & totally renovated upscale spacious oceanfront condo with soaring wood ceilings and all new everything! Renovations complete & accepting bookings 6-23.
We gutted everything and started over in 2023! New electrical, plumbing, new kitchen, baths, flooring, lighting, fixtures, sinks, custom glass in showers. New decor, furniture, bedding, dishes, paint, appliances, linens. We added a whole new full bath attached to loft with stand up shower.
New light coastal, luxury vinyl tile throughout, white new custom kitchen and baths, new white quartz on kitchen island, counters and back splash. New Maple cabinets in island and Lanai bar, to match the wood ceilings and for contrast. Lots of wood accessories and furniture to ground the space and for that Hawaiian decor and lifestyle we all expect and love, but bright and light.
Vacation in luxury with this 5 star, Luxurious new master bath with soaring wood ceiling, skylight, new white quartz in master bath, double sinks, touch, lighted, anti-fog mirrors with large, open shower with custom glass, new luxurious separate free standing tub with chandelier. Gold fixtures and large rain head shower head with separate sprayer. Large 24x24 marbled porcelain tile for that spa-like feel and a large separate toilet room with a beautiful cabinet for storage, new toilet with soft close seat.

2023-All new high end furniture, paint, baseboards, coastal decor, and custom window treatments. The rooms are very spacious with high wood and beam ceilings throughout. We added a third bath with shower in loft space, new beds, mattresses, and linens.
Watch sunsets on our large comfy Lanai. (most times of the year). It is the place to be with large comfy sectional, 2 rocking, swivel recliners with 2 large ottomans that can be used for seats. We also have a new coffee/beverage bar with black quartz counters, new cabinets, new sink, black fixtures, new beverage refrigerator and coffee bar with Keurig coffee maker and filtered water pitcher. You will spend hours relaxing out there watching the sea life and kids in the pool.
*Please note that there are stairs to get to the main level. It's worth it for the view, ocean breeze, & no one above us, but if you have mobility problems, be advised.
We try and use unscented, clean, biodegradable products for people with sensitivities and the environment.
We have a totally stocked property with everything you need to enjoy your vacation! Beach gear, snorkel gear, boogie boards, tennis rackets, pickleball rackets, ping pong paddles, beach toys, noodles for pool, small life vests for toddlers with arm floaties and pool games. For the rare rainy day, cards, books, puzzles games for kids and adults. There are also books and games at the clubhouse at the office and attached to the kids' pool where the ping pong table is. (which is just right across the street from us). We will send a more detailed list 10 days before vacation to help with packing.

Per HOA 8 guests maximum. There are plenty of sleeping options. We have a king bed in Master bedroom. There are 2 twin long beds that can be pushed together to king bed in loft & a King bed in main level guest bedroom with chaise lounge that can be converted to a small double bed. You can separate into 2 small beds or keep as one (great for kids or teens) We have a chair that can be converted to twin in loft. (great for smaller kids) We also have a fold up low bed 6 ft X 2.5 in case you want to move it into any room for convenience when there is multiple families. The couch in living room is two twin beds. We also have a pack n play for infants.
Our place is on the Kauila-Kona side of the island which is sunnier and warmer.
Very well kept resort complex. (One of the best in Kona)This is a great area, away from the crowds but close enough to town and popular sandy and snorkel beaches on the island.
We are 30 min or 15 miles from airport and about 12 min from downtown Kona. (depending on traffic)
Keauhou Bay is right around the corner (half of mile, can walk), where you can swim, snorkel, or take a boat out for sports fishing, snorkeling or the popular nightly Manta Ray swim.
We are 1.3 miles from one of the best snorkeling beach and 5 min drive from popular white sand beach in Kona. You can also walk along the volcanic coast from the gate at our ocean front pool and get in the water a couple min walk where there is black sand.(wear hiking shoes to get through rocky areas) It is rocky.
There are a few other beaches close by, (we have a map here on the photos of all the beaches) and boats that will take you out snorkeling, fishing, canoeing, and famous Manta Ray night diving and swimming at night in downtown Kona as well as right around the corner from us. You can swim, snorkel, picnic and play volleyball at Keauhou Bay and less crowded as well. There are many brochures to look at in our place. Plenty to explore on the island!
We are within walking distance to a shopping center with grocery store, restaurants, drug store and quaint shops. We have a rolling grocery cart that folds up in the front closet in foyer. They will also deliver groceries.
We also will send you things to do 2 weeks before your trip. (Let me know if you want the list earlier.)
For you Golfers, the Kona Country club right next door is open to public. You can see how nice it is from the aerial pictures here. You can also rent golf clubs if you don't want to drag yours on the plane with you.
HOA rules to keep it nice. This is a family place, NOT a party place!
1. No smoking or vaping anywhere inside or outside in the complex, including Lanai. (You can smoke outside the resort by the security guard post, which you can walk to from our place.
2. Quiet hours between 10 pm and 8:30am. (please respect other neighbors and guests)
3. Nothing down toilets accept toilet paper (no kleenex or products)
4.*** No more than 8 people per HOA.
5. There is a $30 fee per car, for the resort key to get in and out easily. (plus tax) **(When you arrive, please sign in at the desk at the office near our place and near the front entrance.
6. AC is included in fees here.
7. No loud music or parties. Take care of this as if it's your own.
8. Please wash off sand from feet, shoes, toys, boogie boards, etc., before entering our beautiful home and treat it as your own. We provide a water pot and ladle to wash off sand easily and conveniently and there are showers at all pools and most beaches.
9. No pets per HOA and owners and other guests have allergies to dogs.
IF you can't follow the above rules, or have bad reviews, Please do not book our place. Thanks for your understanding. Unfortunately we had to do this as some people aren't honest and there was damage. We want to keep our place nice for all to enjoy.

Beautiful, totally renovated home with ocean and volcanoe rock and pool views. Hear the waves from the Lanai and open windows.
This truly feels like a home! There is lots of natural light from all the windows and our place is fully stocked. You will have access to the whole space and there are 3 shared pools and jacuzzi's. One ocean front pool, one children's pool and one adult pool. There are lighted tennis and new pickel ball courts and ping pong table. (at the kids pool off the office and clubhouse)

2. High quality furniture, decor, baths, kitchen, bathrooms and more! We added a beautiful brand new 3rd bath off the loft with full shower for convenience. There is seating for 8 on Lanai and Dining with island.
3. We provide a personal touch with non toxic items for people with sensitivities and arrange the beds as you wish. We have a very stocked kitchen with all the things you will need to grill or cook. We send you an itemized list prior to your stay for easy packing. Please let us know your preferences before arriving .

5. The resort has security, well kept and beautiful with many acres of lush landscaping, grass and next to Kona Country Club for all you golfers. It has 3 pools, 3 jacuzzis and tennis and pickleball courts (we provide rackets, balls, beach and snorkel gear, etc.
6. We are near the bay where you can swim with the manta rays or go out on a boat for snorkeling in warm, clear water or go fishing etc. (we walk, less than a mile) It has picnic area and small waves for easy access and less crowds.
7. Large, spacious rooms with vaulted wood ceilings for family and friends. Sleeps 8.
8. We are ten to fifteen minutes from quaint downtown Kona where there are shops and restaurants.
9. We are within walking distance of Keohou shopping center with restaurants, grocery store, movie theater, shaved ice, quaint shops and more.

(good for children) We also have a fold out mattress in master bedroom or is easily moveable that is 6 ft X 2.5 ft. in case of multiple families.

Other things to note
We have plenty of sleeping options and enough furniture for eight people in living rooms, dining with island seating and lanai. We tried to think of all the things that make our guests and our family comfortable such as end tables at every bed and chair, couch for drinks and phones with charging in lamps. Reading lighting for each bed, couch, cotton or bamboo linens, comfortable and different sized pillow, non toxic cleaning, Large TVs in bedrooms and living room etc.
Bedroom specifics -We have a king bed in master. There is a king in guest bedroom with a they can be one or two lower to the ground beds. The couch in Living room is two single beds. (easier and more comfortable then a sofa bed) There is two long twin beds in loft (that can be pushed together to a king bed) and chair in loft that converts to a smaller bed that is low to the ground. (good for smaller children) We also have a fold out matress in master bedroom (low to the ground) that is easily moveable that is 6 ft X 2.5 ft for moveability to any room.
