The space
The USP is that you wake up with the sunrise and chirping birds. The apartment is spacious, comfortable with high ceiling. Stable high speed internet makes WFH (Work from home) easy and also compensates for the cellular network. Kitchen is equipped RO Water Purifier with the primary intention to reduce plastic waste along with the other cooking essentials. The apartment is equipped with washing machine so that you travel with less baggage.

The Parra Scenic Road also known as Dear Zindagi Road, seen in Bollywood movies is within a k.m. distance. Anjuna & Vagator beaches are 5 to 5.5 kms away, a ride/drive of about 10-15 minutes. Assagao, place with the highly rated and most sought after restaurants and coffee places is located a km and half away.
