Our quaint cottage is walking distance to East Hampton's Main Street and Main Beach. It is a great weekend getaway for two or even one. Located on one of Hampton's most picturesque streets, as touted by the press. Interior designer to the stars, Kathryn M. Ireland, collaborated with owners on the inviting decor.

The space

Our intimate space welcomes you to the famous Hamptons while offering a relaxing retreat after a day at the beach or touring the different hamlets. Located in the village of East Hampton, the cottage is tucked behind the owners' main house, sharing a secret English garden, thus providing guest's their full privacy. Please note the cottage comes with an outdoor shower and amenities that include a mini-fridge, coffee pot, tea pot, and microwave.

Guest access

Although the cottage does not include an indoor shower, there is a bathroom with a sink inside. The outdoor shower has it's own hot water heater, so one never has to worry about a cold shower. We also supply bathrobes and slippers, along with bikes, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. We will provide all the goodies you need to enjoy the Hamptons, so you can enjoy it like a local.

Interaction with guests

Owners will be available on the premises in the main house, to help out guests with recommendations and any other needs.

Other things to note

In 2004, our cottage was featured in the Hamptons Cottages and Gardens magazine, featuring the owners friend and designer to the stars, Kathryn M. Ireland's fabrics and designs.

What a delight! My husband I were in town for a family wedding and wanted to experience the Hamptons for the first time. The cozy cottage was in such a peaceful, beautiful street and made me miss the east coast honestly. We chose this location based on reviews, amenities, and proximity to things we wanted to see/do. Easy check-in, after a redeye and a 2.5 hr train ride, the banana bread was such a much needed and quickly devoured tasty treat. We took the bikes out one evening to go walk along the beach at sunset and enjoy all the beautiful homes we rode by. The outdoor shower was really enjoyable (and warm which I always need bc I’m always freezing). It was cooler and rainy when we were there but the shower was still enjoyable. Walking distance to main area of East Hampton village. 10 minute ride to wainscot and Amagansett. Really loved the local treats the had for us My only regret was not getting more time out there! Would love to come back over the summer!

Charming cottage nestled in the heart of East Hampton. The hosts have anticipated every possible guest need from complimentary toiletries and beach towels to restaurant recommendations. Bonus: the cottage overlooks a lovely landscaped back yard. I would book here again!

Kari Lyn was so helpful with everything. She even gave us treats and candles for my husbands birthday. The place is just as pictured and very relaxing. We rode the bike to the beach every evening which is so lovely. The cottage is in a perfect location. I would definitely recommend it.

Keri was very accommodating during our stay. She had many great suggestions for restaurants and activities near by. She provided bikes to ride to the beach and even left us banana muffins in the fridge. The space was very clean and cozy. Only a few minutes drive to the beach, downtown, sag harbor and a 30 minute drive to montauk. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone visiting for a weekend away in the Hamptons.
