Welcome to our humble islet residence, nestled in the tranquil backwaters of Kadamakkudy in Kerala. Surrounded by water on all sides, our four-bedroom house offers a unique and unforgettable experience for those seeking a peaceful retreat from city life.

The space
Kadamakkudy Koovalapoo Island Villa is an isle in the backwaters of Cochin near the tourism village, Kadamakkudy. Surrounded by water from all sides, Koovalapoo is a serene isle with natural beauty at its best around.

Kadamakkudy Koovalapoo Island Villa is located just 5 kilometers from Cochin city with 15 minutes of boat ride which makes site seeing the beauty of backwaters easy. This villa is newly build in authentic Kerala Tharavad model with modern interiors which gives the Kerala touch along with high class facilities. There are 4 bedrooms which can accommodate normally 8 guests (max 12 guests with Extra bed in each room )

Separate kitchen facility for tenets who wish to cook.

Food with various variety of seafood items and vegetarian options on separate pre-order and cost. Kerala style home made food will be served as buffet. We provide Lunch, Dinner

* We help to guide you to reach our homestays without any problems by providing exact location and on-call phone assistance and help you to plan local site seeing

* We do have a backwater boat ride plan which is charged separately where a guide will take you through the most beautiful backwaters for one hour. This includes, birdwatching, sight seeing, farm walk . Schedule for this ride changes based on tide timings
