The space
Set upon the approach to Fishcombe Cove and Churston Woods, the unique location is a real highlight of the home. It instantly transports you to a peaceful retreat only moments from the beach and nature.

Brixham's famous harbour and cafe culture are also only a 15-minute walk or a short drive away, making this the ideal spot to explore the town and the surrounding areas in the English Riviera.

The house is tastefully furnished in a mid-century style and decorated to the highest standards with a luxurious feel. It benefits from being light and airy throughout with sea views through the trees that line the street outside.

Spacious and comfortable with three beautifully appointed bedrooms and beds for families or groups of up to 6 guests.

The ground floor is made up of a double bedroom, a twin single bedroom, a stylish bathroom with a standing waterfall shower, and a utility room.

Upstairs, you'll find the house's main living areas with the main living room, large kitchen/diner, entertainment room, bathroom, and the master en-suite bedroom, which also boasts a dressing room.

The garden receives plenty of sun throughout the day, and sun beds and garden furniture are provided.

To the front of the house, there is parking for up to four cars.
