Built in 1985. Located on the Chesapeake Bay, by a nature preserve.
Situated on a cliff. The front deck provides views of eagles and cruise ships. Only 16 houses line the deadend street. There is a cathedral ceiling in the great room w/fireplace.
A great hideaway for a weekend or a week! Nature surrounds you.
You can observe the eagles overhead or the cruise ships on the Chesapeake Bay. The most activity you will see is when the neighbors walk their dogs.
The house has an A-shaped roof. The entire 1385 sq ft is available for useage. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a double bed. There are two full baths--one with a shower only, one with a shower and tub. The downstairs bedrooms each have a single bed.
Interaction with guests
Any questions or problems are just a phone call or text away.
Other things to note
There is a postage-stamp sized beach at the end of the deadend through the bamboo-- depending on the tide. Some neighbors put their kayaks in at that point.
Parking needs to be confined to the a
House parking spaces and that side of the street only.
Keep it simple, treat it like you would want your home to be treated.
