This tiny house packs it all in 110 square feet! A tiny bath, tiny kitchenette and a full-sized comfy loft-bed. Perfect for a single traveler and good for a very intimate couple. This clever space is super close to downtown! There's also a twin foldout mat if requested!

The space

Inspired by a French Pied-a-terre, this tiny house is both affordable to travelers on a budget and very close to a lot of what makes Houston a great city. In the historic Heights the tiny house is also one mile from downtown, 8 blocks from the red line train, a quick drive to Montrose, the Museum District, and the Galleria. There is an extra fold out futon that can be requested for a third guest, but be warned-this space is tiny!! But it is also a fun very private space!

Interaction with guests

I am available through texting and I do live on the property so I'm more than happy to help in any way I can!

Other things to note

We are very centrally located. Walking distance from food and coffee spots. Uber and LYFT are both available in Houston!

The tiny house was clean, adorable and functional! Cynthia was very accommodating, friendly and quick to respond to texts. We walked to dinner at a nice German restaurant a few blocks away. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

Just completed a two night stay at the Tiny House and it exceeded my expectation. The Tiny House is just as described. It is secluded and private. Cynthia is very gracious and welcoming. LOVE the expresso maker and expresso pods!!! The Tiny House is charming, comfortable and sparkling clean. I was in Houston on business and found the Tiny House to be so much more relaxing than staying in a hotel. Had never stayed in a Tiny House and it was a terrific experience.

This was an entertaining place to stay. One reads about the tiny homes as an approach to solving housing crises in expensive cities and/or helping with homelessness so it was fun to be inside a tiny home (although I realized that my husband, I and the dog would never last long term in one). I enjoyed staying for the short term, though. It is compact and interesting to see how everything is stored, stacked and laid out. The best part was the skylight above the bed, as the moon was out and there was even a squirrel that ran across at one point. The location was close to downtown which was where I had to be, so my commute was 10 minutes. The hostess was welcoming and even came to meet me in the rain (I arrived when it was dark and raining heavily so it was harder to orient). Definitely worth a stay!

I teach community college in Houston. I've lived in Houston for three decades and know lots about the secret surprises our city has to offer -- including where to get a great, inexpensive massage; where to find great restaurants, get safe acupuncture; where the free, fun shows are; and how to get to the races, soccer games, football stadium, and baseball stadium. With the help of Air BnB, I've been to Savannah, Chicago, Boston, and New Orleans and have loved my experiences! I've met amazing people through Air BnB.
