I'm unsure of Kim's extent of the cleanliness claims. I gave her the benefit of the doubt for some things and refunded the cleaning fee. Dehumidifier works, they just needed to turn a knob.
I was very responsive but I felt like I may be starting to be taken advantage of when 1) I offered to have my cleaners show up, inspect and clean. Suddenly it wasn't that bad, they would clean themselves, 2) I was told that if I let them use my boat for free they might look past it. 3) She asked for more of a discount after she left or she'd feel compelled to leave a bad review.
Again, I can't verify either story, but I started to feel blackmailed afterwards
I spoke with my cleaners to make sure everything is clean. Kim's group left the house very orderly and tidy.
