Located on a 100+ acre farm, the Home at Knight Spring is a beautiful farmhouse surrounded by pasture, barns, and an old spring house. The farm is just 6 miles from downtown McMinnville, 15 miles from Rock Island State Park and Cumberland Caverns, and various outdoor attractions throughout the area.

The space
Take in the views of the farm whether you are on the porch in the rocking chairs or under the tree in the porch swing.

Centered around pasture, cattle, hay barns, and an active spring the Home at Knight Spring is a great place to spend the weekend or to stay a night or two while you are in town.

The house has two bedrooms, 1 bath, equipped with 2 queen sized beds, 2 twin beds, and a couch. The upstairs area includes the 2 twin beds and a queen bed along with a TV. Guests will have access to: WIFI, 3 flatscreen smart TV’s, washer & dryer, fully furnished kitchen with an oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker (with Keurig pods), regular coffee maker, CD/Cassette/Vinyl record player, DVD player, and ironing board. Enjoy the views in the backyard with a firepit equipped with fire wood, lighter, marshmallow roasters, lawn chairs, and a fenced in field all with a beautiful view of the farm.

Guest Access:
Entire house, yard, firepit, front porch, barns, and a natural spring and nature area trail across the road. Enter through the front door with a special code given prior to check in. Two twin beds and a Queen size bed are located upstairs along with a tv and the record player.

Guests are asked to NOT go inside the cow field when cows are around. However, feel free to roam around safely within the fenced in property when the cows are spread out across other parts of the farm.

Guests are also welcome to visit the haybarn on the hill and run atop the round bales, just as you would as a child growing up on the farm.

Things to Know:
NO smoking or pets allowed inside or outside of the house.
Please do not leave children unattended outside. Lock all gates back after entering and exiting cow fields and haybarn. Use caution when backing up out of the driveway to avoid hitting any fences.
After 10:00pm, we ask that guests keep loud music and noise to a minimum. No parties or events. Smart TVs have all the apps, but don’t forget to use your login information for the apps of your choosing.

We have provided a selection of Keurig pods for the Keurig but please bring your preferred mix for the regular coffee mix if you choose to use that one.

We also have things for smores, but feel free to bring your own or get some from the local store. In the bathroom, we have provided enough soaps, shampoos, and toiletries for an average stay. Check in anytime after 3:00pm and check out is 11:00am.

Other things to note
Check in time is 3:00pm or after on day if check in and checkout time is 11:00am on the day of checkout. NO early check in or late checkouts allowed.
