This delightful cottage is in a picturesque English-garden type setting. Utterly tranquil, lush foliage. We so enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to birds, crickets, nature. Inside the cottage is quite cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our too brief visit. Wish we could have stayed longer...hopefully, again some day.

The host was wonderfully responsive. We had some issue w/ locking the door and she came right over to help show us clueless city folks that we were doing it wrong. She was helpful when it came to hiking trails and local things to do. The house was quaint and quiet.

Response from Carolyn:
We don't usually have ants but we had it sprayed after the toddler guests departed.

I loved the wooded stream in the backyard. The outdoor grill was perfect for relaxing outside. The hummingbirds were a nice addition. Quiet, tranquil area worth checking out for a relaxing weekend getaway!

We couldnt be more happier. Carolyn was amazing in helping out in the entire planning. Even agreed for changes at the last minute. The place is apt for the name "tiny house" but most efficient and just pretty to even step out. We were 5 adults and 2 kids and enjoyed this place thoroughly. ThI (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps showed the exact spot but her detailed document gave all the details we needed. It was the perfect place to get the family closer yet have so much to do around the town. Thanks Carolyn.

We had a wonderful time staying in this tiny house! The hummingbirds were not scared of us sitting on the porch with the feeder a few feet from us, we saw them all evening and morning. The neighbors were loud riding their ATVs around, so it wasn't completely quiet and peaceful. However, that didn't make the stay any less enjoyable. The house was clean and had so many options for sleeping... We chose one of the lofts and it was cozy!

Response from Carolyn:
So glad you enjoyed the deck with hummingbirds and the comfy loft bed. Sorry we had guests at another cabin who were noisy--had I known I would have asked them to ride on the trails not by the cabins.

The Sunnybrook tiny home is nestled in a storybook fairy tale setting....the lot is very private, landscaped in a very natural and beautiful way, everything is incredibly green and lush, and there's a picturesque creek running in the backyard.....elderberry hanging over the water, fluorescent dragonflies flitting about, an ancient maple towering over. We expected to see fairies darting about. It's that magical; I can't say enough about this place. The tiny house is like a mansion of tiny homes....there are 2 lofts with full beds and also a queen bed in a private bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need; the living area is comfortable, there's a covered porch to watch the cardinals and butterflies. The bathroom is a good size as well. My 11 year old daughter and I couldn't have been happier. It was the perfect launching point for crystal digging, hiking, and exploring. What a beautiful property in an incredibly beautiful place. Who knew Arkansas could capture our hearts like this? We will certainly be back.
