112 m² detached house with large outdoor spaces to enjoy in any season (shaded garden). Private parking.
Spacious interiors: fully equipped kitchen (new in 2023) open to the dining room and living room.
Sleeping area (completely renovated in 2024): 4 bedrooms including 3 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets.
Ideally located on the 2nd line of the seafront, Mimizan-Plage Sud, 100 m from the beach and 600 m from the center.
