Located above one of Tunbridge Wells oldest pubs ‘Beau Nash’, tucked away down a private drive away from the main road. The Beau Nash is a lovely, quirky pub with stunning garden & excellent food. Enjoy the private roof terrace on a summer’s evening with beers and wines on tap 30 seconds away. The flat has its own spiral staircase leading up to a private roof garden & flat entrance.
Parking for 1 car only. However, this is down a long drive with no turning space so reversing skills required.

The space
This 2 bedroom flat is located above a popular and sometimes busy pub so expect the light hum of voices and background music most parts of the day. It’s only noticeable if the tv is switched off. The pub closes at 11 during the week and 12 Fridays and Saturdays. You access the flat from the pub garden up a private spiral staircase leading to your private roof terrace (sees full sun during the day). The roof terrace has an outdoor dining table and chairs, various potted plants and festoon lighting. Here you’ll find the front door which leads into a hallway and small desk area. Kitchen is very compact but includes under counter fridge, microwave, electric hob, kettle, quality coffee machine and all the usual kitchen equipment. The full bathroom includes small bath with overheat electric shower, toilet and vanity unit. There is a Bath Matt in the bathroom cabinet drawer for you to use to avoid slipping. The lounge comfortably seats 4, there’s a top of the range 65” smart tv with satellite digital channels and sound bar…perfect for movies. A coffee table which can extend into a larger table for dining. Master bedroom comes off the lounge, complete with double bed, wardrobe and 48” smart tv. The second bedroom is off the hallway with double bed, wardrobe, 32” smart tv and a velvet curtain in the corner hides away a washer/dryer, ironing board and handheld vacuum. This bedroom has a Velux Window in the ceiling along side a remote operated blackout blind. Both bedrooms have a portable fan which is stored in the wardrobes.

Parking for one car only. Vehicles are left at the owner’s risk, and we do not accept responsibility for any cars parked on our driveway.

Guest access
You will have full private use of the entire flat and roof terrace. A STEEP AND QUITE NARROW Spiral staircase leads up to the flat (may be challenging for the infirm or elderly). Parking for 1 car.

Early check-ins (1:30pm may be available on request for a additional charge of £20.00).

Other things to note
Weekends tend to be a bit noisier. If you’re looking for complete silence then this flat isn’t for you. If you’re looking for a great town centre location with a lovely, friendly pub seconds away….you’ll love it!

Please note, we regularly hold Quiz Nights on occasional Sunday evenings between 7pm-10pm. For upcoming dates, please see our pubs social media or website.
