The space
This studio has only one
Bedroom, with a double bed for two adults and a pull-out bed for two children.
The Jacuzzi is set up on the private outdoor terrace from April 15 to September 30. If the weather is rainy, it will not be able to be started. The pool is also available from April 15 to September 15, it is not heated, its heat is made by the sun on the shelter (between 22 and 30 degrees depending on the
sun).
You have a petanque court and a terrace available.
Bikes can also be made available to you, please consult us for preparation.

You have a large private parking lot in the courtyard of our home.

Other things to note
We have horses and a female donkey, a dog and a rabbit… if you wish, you can come with your horse, which can stay on a 3000 m2 plot… we have many hiking trails. And we are not far from the 2 stables of Rogny-les-7-Écluses, and about twenty minutes from the stables of Champignelles.
