Eco Sky Villa is a unique vacation home built on an astonishing private property nestled on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. You will enjoy cooler hilltop breezes up on a wide floating terrace under large trees, relax on your own private pool, while being only a 3 minute drive from the world class surfing beaches of El Sunzal, La Bocana and the vivid surf town El Tunco. After just a few hours of amazing ocean views, I hope you can also feel a general sense of calmness and wellbeing.

The space
The villa has a ground floor with air conditioning, a sofa, dining table, full kitchen and a full bathroom. A second floor with 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom with AC, a king bed, flat screen smart TV and private bathroom with hot water. The guest bedroom with AC, a bunk bed for 4 people, flat screen smart TV and private bathroom with hot water. The villa also includes: a private infinity pool, high speed internet, secure parking, balconies and incredible views.

The property only has two villas. Each one is independent and has its own private pool.

Having own transport is recommended to drive from the Villa to El Tunco, restaurants, supermarkets and areas of interest. The house comes with a private secured parking space. Please be careful in the entrance driveway

The house is located inside a Gated Community. It is required to send complete names and ID numbers for each registered guest in the reservation
