We stayed at little grove b&b for two nights and we absolutely loved it. We were welcomed by Denise who was extremely helpful in giving us advice as to where to go in the area. The fridge was stocked with bacon, eggs, milk and cold water. There was also bread and cereals, porridge and soups etc in the cupboards. The grounds are beautiful and we could hear kookaburras in the evenings, the place was silent at night with the exception of some wildlife outside! The place was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable with extra blankets if we needed them. We always worry with places like this if there are going to be any creepy crawleys inside but there were none as it was so clean and well insulated! We were very excited that we had two taps to drink from (rain water or city water) as they have their own filter system that collects the rain water from their land. Denise was very kind to give me some packets of Kleenex for our journey as we left as I had a cold! We wouldn't hesitate in staying again and we would recommend this lovely cosy b&b to anyone. thank you so much Denise and Andrew!

The accommodation was everything mentioned on the site, very generous host. Little things of thoughtfulness made a big difference. Would recommend.

Denise's place is probably the best airbnb I've stayed at so far. Really clean, relaxing layout and all the utilities you could need. Denise even offered a few extras for free like breakfast ingredients such as bacon and eggs. The location is also the perfect spot for Albany in my opinion. About 10 minutes from the main town so just far enough to feel secluded and relaxed but close enough to easily drive to any shops, cafes etc. you can even see kangaroos from the kitchen window! Would highly recommend this Airbnb particularly at its affordable price.
