Enjoy the atmosphere of the villa built in 1902 in one of the most beautiful and green quarters of Salzburg at the foot of the Gaisberg and yet close to the old town: 12 min by bus 6. 25 min walk. Great view from the sunny balcony and opposite a wonderful bathtub in your own marble bathroom ! Access to the fully equipped kitchenette to prepare your own breakfast or meals. Access to the toilet shared with another guest on the floor. Hiking trails 5 min away. Restaurant Eder 7 minutes walk.

In your private turn of the century VILLA built in 1902 at the foot of the Gaisberg in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Salzburg.
Green - quiet - safe and close to the historical centre in a 25 minute walk or 12 minutes with the city bus 6 (from the station to us only 19 minutes!) The bus leaves every 10 minutes.
This room is on the 2nd floor with balcony and a wonderful view of the mountains and city, own marble bathroom with bathtub opposite, extra toilet and kitchenette together with another room on this floor !

We are in the fortunate position close to town and yet to live in a quiet villa area. The historical center can be reached in a 20-30 minute walk or by bus No. 6 in 12 minutes. Restaurants, shops, bank and pharmacy are within walking distance! Walks on the Gaisberg and walks directly from the house possible
