La Mosteiro 04 by The Blue Kite is an Indo-Portuguese 3-bedroom villa located on a hill in Badem, Assagao, surrounded by forest for peace and tranquility. A dedicated caretaker is present, and a chef can be made available at an additional cost. Just 10 mins from Vagator beach, 15 mins from Anjuna beach, 10 mins from Hashtag Cafe, and about 20 mins by car from Soro The Village Pub.

🏠Monthly Stays
We offer monthly discounts for long stays - to avail these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, internet, laundry of linen & towels). We collect a Rs. 30,000 security deposit at the time of check-in against these.
