45m2 loft apartment, with kitchen included, bathroom with thermostatic shower. Ideal for single use, as a couple or with your family. It consists of a comfortable 140cm double bed. Up to 4 people can occasionally be accommodated thanks to an easy-to-open sofa bed with a very comfortable 140cm mattress. The central area functions as a dining room with a round table, two chairs and two benches where four diners can be seated. The apartment has a 55" Smart TV, so you can take a break and watch an episode of your favorite series, or two.

We offer a laundry room with a large-capacity industrial washer and dryer, very fast and at a super reasonable price.

We have a modern, individualized, radiant-cooling floor heating system, which you can control to your liking so that you select your comfort temperature, be it winter or summer.
