Camp Mill Pond is a throwback to a slow and easy rhythm of hot summer days, connection to nature, and late-night secrets. Full of campfire Wes Anderson inspiration with whimsy, easy access to our historic area including Main Street, and all the joys of glamping.

This 180-year-old historic cabin sits on a beautiful lot, shared with an 1865 three-story home and a two-story carriage house.

The space
Camp Mill Pond is a 180-year-old log cabin that is within walking distance of Historic Main Street, Frenchtown, and the Katy Trail! You'll have great access to fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, family-friendly activities, festivals, and nightlife. We are located in the Frenchtown Neighborhood in Historic St. Charles and close to the trolley stop.

You’ll love Camp Mill Pond because of the historic charm (built-in 1835), comfy king-sized bed, and family-friendly location.

Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, small families, and traveling dogs (ONE SMALL DOG ONLY + PAID PET FEE - questions? please message before booking!).

***GLAMPING MEANS TO US***
Free Wifi and Streaming Media - We get it. After a long run, hike, or bike ride you probably want to just chill. If so, you'll have access to fast wifi and two flatscreen tv's with Netflix.

Private Porch - Sip on a big cup of coffee in the morning before you hit the Katy Trail or unwind with a glass of wine after dinner on Main Street on your own private porch.

Big Soaking Tub - Your sore muscles are no match for this tub. Relax in your own jetted tub complete with bath salts and bath bombs. The bathroom also has a shower for those who aren't soakers.

Sleep like a Champ - Relax in your comfy upstairs hideaway with a big king-sized bed with clean fresh sheets and lots of pillows to help you recover from a day of exploring! Kiddos want to glamp, too? Great! Pull-out futon and queen-sized air mattress make it a snap.

Stocked kitchenette - Make it easy on yourself. The cabin's kitchenette is complete with a retro refrigerator/freezer, toaster, microwave, big farm sink, Keurig coffeemaker with an assortment of pods, including tea! This vacation rental also comes complete with wine glasses, mugs, bowls, plates, and utensils.

Off-Street Parking and Easy Check-in- You'll have a parking spot right behind the cabin, plus a keyless entry system.

It's All in the Details - From comfy towels to extra bedding, we've got you covered including...
Yoga Mats
Dog Leash
Sound Machine
Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel
Make-up Wipes
Hair Dryer
Record Player

NOTE: Camp Mill Pond is ideal for two guests. We do allow up to four guests, but please read the following prior to booking if your reservation will be for more than two guests...

As this is a historic cabin and built to the standards of living in the year 1835, when utilizing the available inflatable queen-size bed or family room pullout futon to accommodate more than two guests (no more than four) the beds will take up some room while in use. Also, although it probably goes without saying, both options will never be as comfy as the upstairs king mattress :) To make it easy for you to glamp with no stress, we do provide extra pillows, blankets, and sheet sets.

We want guests to be aware so there are no surprises when you and your family arrived. The parking spot only holds one car and additional vehicles will need to be parked nearby on 3rd street only.

Where you’ll be

St Charles, Missouri, United States

The Frenchtown neighborhood owes its name to the early French settlers who founded St. Charles and to our distinctive style of architecture. The district has the largest concentration of French Colonial style architecture in the Midwest and the reason the district was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991. Several historic homes in the area still retain their summer kitchens: small detached brick buildings used for cooking, washing laundry and smoking meats as well as brick carriage houses.
