Warm and wonderful. A smile on the face always. Just accommodated a reservation even if it was done late. A nice neighbourhood as well. My second visit and will go back again.

Awesome room with free street parking overnight! Very private. I checked in late and Paul was very responsive with updates. Bed was comfy and heaters worked excellently overnight. Would recommend.

Great location. Clean and quite. Great views of the Quinnipiac river. Paul and Donna were very easy to contact and communicate with. Recommended to anyone who is looking for a quite secluded place to stay
