This was a great place to stay. The location was ideal, as it was an easy walk into town but we were still tucked away in a neighborhood. The apartment was clean and very cozy. We loved the little wood stove that heated the place! Wendy was communicative and provided all that we needed.

Fantastic little space! Very quiet neighborhood, brand new studio apartment. Wendy even had milk and English muffins and Vermont cheese for us in the frig. Very charming and comfy, would definitely stay here again.

It was a perfect place to stay to visit my daughter at Middlebury College. Wendy is very friendly and so is her dog, Pico. She is quick to respond. She answers any questions you may have. The apartment is adorable!! It was the perfect size for me. I enjoyed reading in the chair by the gas heater. Cooking in the kitchenette with local food for breakfast. It is very clean and comfortable. Thanks again Wendy!!!

Wendy's place is so sweet & cozy! I loved having the kitchen & the bed is very comfortable. The shortcut into town is pretty easy & there are numerous restaurant options. Would love to visit again.

This was my first Airbnb experience and it was great. The space was really comfy and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the breakfast goodies: eggs, cheese coffee, etc. Having come from (and going back to) hurricane ravaged VI, I had an interesting shopping list - Wendy was super helpful about where to find stuff. I really enjoyed my stay!

About Wendy

My name is Wendy Hirdler, I am married with two boys, ages 14 and 16. My family has lived in Middlebury for about 10 years, and we feel very lucky to live in such a great town! My husband is a senior estimator in commercial construction, and I am a lecture agent (booking public speakers) for clients around the U.S. and Internationally. We love the outdoors and we travel quite a bit around Vermont during our oldest son's hockey season. We love to get away on weekends, and our favorite place, other than Vermont, is Maui! We love to have people visit, and we are excited to share all the "to dos" in our town!
