Abraham and Emily are great hosts. They have a lovely dog, Peanut!! Very nice bed and quiet place. Abraham was kind enough to hold my baggage there after check out so I don’t have to bring my baggage to my interview. He even made me a coffee in morning, which I really appreciated :))

We were kept up by shouting, door-slamming, and loud music with a party that started around 3 a.m. There is no sound barrier between guests and people in other units--sounded like it was right outside our bedroom door, although it was below. The bright lights in the hall are on motion sensors, and the bedroom door is privacy glass, so that was somewhat bothersome as well. The room was nice, and Abraham was nice as well, it's probably just a bit of a crapshoot whether you'll have quiet or not. It's a neat house.

Response from Abraham:
Unfortunately, I'm at the mercy of my inconsiderate neighbors in situations like these. I have addressed it with the condo board, and hope that it does not occur again. The hallway lights are relatively new, and will be taken motion sensor to avoid disturbing guests in the future.

Abraham's place was very nice. My boyfriend and I were in town for a wedding and were looking for a place we could check-in a little early. Abraham was quick on communication and accommodating to our timing. The place is warm and welcoming and we were greeted by their adorable puppy. I definitely recommend.

Abraham's place is absolutely perfect. We stayed here last minute and came in a little later in the evening! It was awesome being able to talk to him about the city, what to do, what not to do, and of course his puppy Peanut was adorable! Highly recommend staying here! It's close to everything!
