My handyman did come ONE day later and it turned out nothing was wrong. The guest simply did not turn on the switch which I instructed him to do when he first called about the fan not working. You told me about the fan problem at 9pm at night and I'm sorry but i can't make someone go at the drop of a hat, they have a business to run and he did his best to get there the day after. I did everything to make them comfortable. Sorry, i do leave my windows open when no one is in the home simply for safety reasons. I did everything in my power to help in the HEAT WAVE. You did say you were from the city and use to air conditioning and were wanting me to go buy more fans for you guys when I did have fans but thought it was a little too much for you to imply I should buy more fans just for your stay. you mentioned you are an Air B&B host and it makes me sad that you have been the only guest who honestly asked for the most things. You should know we all do our best but this is a 5-star hotel where you can ask for whatever you want. As a host, some things are out of our control like a heat wave and you as a guest and fellow host you were not understanding at all.
