Enjoy your stay in our modern, spacious apartment in the oldest neighborhood in Boston. Down the brick, private, classic North End alley, you'll find the door to your inviting, delightful apartment with a striking view of the 191 foot steeple of the historic Old North Church. You'll love the hardwood floors, original brick and cozy space. Notable architecture, fine dining, historic sites, and the ocean, are all only steps away! Right on the Freedom Trail, walk anywhere, and close to the MBTA!

The space

A charming, light filled and spacious, one bedroom apartment right on the Freedom Trail and in the heart of the North End. It's only a short walk to all of downtown Boston. Lose yourself in Little Italy, and feel Colonial history right at your doorstep. Fall asleep under the light of the Old North Church and wake up with your very own view of the 191 foot, historic steeple. The nearest T stations: Haymarket, North Station and Aquarium, are only minutes away by foot. Beacon Hill, Downtown, Financial and Theater Districts, and Chinatown are only a 10-15 minute walk. Remember, too, that you're only 2 blocks from the Harbor.

The private apartment has a complete and renovated kitchen and bath, a queen bed, desk and other things you might need as well, like an iron & board, hairdryer etc.--and of course, free WiFi.

After more than two years of hosting on Airbnb, I'm delighted to be making this new North End apartment available. I also have other listings available if this one doesn't fit your needs for your stay.

Looking forward to seeing you in the North End!

The place was in a great location close to all the best restaurants in the north end. Excellent location and everything is within walking distance. The host was very responsive and got the confirmation and booking done within twenty minutes!

Great location. However there are building works on the roof level above this 4th (top) level apartment, resulting in dust, rubble and noise. Should not be available for rental in this state. Steep awkward to manage steps with luggage.

This airbnb is in a fantastic location. The apartment had extensive water damage and severe leaks in the ceiling that I was not made aware of until hours prior to when I arrived. Given the leak and extensive water damage to the ceiling, the apartment smelled damp and most of the living room was taken up by 4 large buckets to collect the leaking water. Luckily, since this property is in a great area I was able to limit the amount of time spent there. Not sure if I would stay here again based on the apartment itself.

The location is great—and that's about the only nice thing I can say about our stay here. Upon first glance the apartment seemed fine, if a little sparse (only one thin extra blanket, one real fork/knife/spoon—the rest plastic). It was clean but not very well-maintained, there were brown water stains all over the ceiling and the bed did not seem to assembled well and the headboard slammed against the wall when we moved. But the main problem occurred on day 2. The building was under construction, which became obvious to us when we arrived to a "stop work" order on the front door. On the second day of our stay, it rained—and we woke up to rainwater leaking in through ceiling and light fixtures. We contacted the host, whose response was to place pots & bins under the leak. The water coming through was brown & smelled bad. We realized after a few hours that the rainwater was coming through because there was actually no roof over a portion of the apartment—just a tarp. You could see the tarp flapping in the wind by peeking up the stairs to what should have been the roof. Clearly they are under major construction and should not be renting out the apartment at this time! Thankfully we got a refund from Airbnb but I do NOT recommend staying here until it's renovated (and probably checked for mold/mildew).

Location was great #4 is on 4th floor with narrow staircase, no elevator, no problem for at all but some people need to know. Room has a strange odor, rooms clean enough but hallway was very dirty. Boston is expansive and for the price and the location, worked out for me

Location is excellent, just steps from Old North Church. We were able to drop our bags early while we explored the city. Biggest issue during our stay was they were replacing the roof. The apartment was on the top floor and it rained one night, lots of dripping noises and wet hallway carpeting. Otherwise the apartment was very clean and in an excellent location.
