This charming Tuscan villa is finely furnitured with a nice personal taste to offer you all comfort. It's an ideal house for families ad groups of friends, and anyone who loves a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, wine, tasty food, thermal baths, escursions to the Etruscan area, or just going around to many nice mediaval towns traveling in the magnificent landscapes of the Sienese hills. The central position of the villa makes it a perfect base for visiting Umbrie and Lazio also.

The space
This charming Tuscan villa is finely furnitured with a nice personal taste to offer you all comfort. The property of tipical stone and bricks has terracotta floors and in the bedrooms the characteristic ceiling with nice wooden beams.
On the ground floor there's the living area with dining table and sofa's in front of the large fireplace and satelite TV.
The kitchen room is equiped with best facilities: complete sets of dishes, glasses, dishwasher, large fridge, 5 point gas, electric large oven (90cm) and many kitchentools. Just outside the kitchen is the open air pergola with a barbecue to enjoy garden dining.

On the first floor are 4 double bedrooms, plus a single extra bed in the open study room. Rooms are finely furnished with double beds, wardrobe, high quality bed linens and mettresses. The sunterrace (60m) is accessible from two rooms, above the porch and has a stunning hill panorama view, where you can watch wild life in the near reserve, or watch stars in the night.
There are two bathrooms, both with hydromassage shower, wc, bidet. Towelsets are provided as well as courtesy soaps, toiletpaper and hairdryer.
In the scullery is the washing machine, iron, ironing board etc.

Under the porch you can also enjoy outside diner or just relax with a nice glas of wine.

Other things to note
Luxury linen for bed, kitchen and bathroom is furnitured by the property and all inclusive in the price.
Baby bed available free of charge.

There is a remote controlled gate entrance and covered 4 car parking.
