The space
The apartment was fully renovated in 2023, with quality services: integrated reversible air conditioning, quality materials, local decoration.

This sublime 110 m2 apartment consists of a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen, two separate bathrooms, and a separate toilet, as well as 3 very large bedrooms composed as follows:
- White bedroom: 1 double/queen size bed of 160 x 200 + desk
- Blue bedroom: 1 double/queen size bed of 160 x 200 + desk
- Aquarium room: 1 double bed of 140 x 200

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a typical Marseille building, with wide and gently sloping stairs, easy to climb.

Located on the most beautiful square in Marseille, in the heart of vibrant pedestrian life, the apartment is the perfect place to do everything on foot. Once your vehicle is parked in the public underground parking just below the square, or 2 metro stops from Saint Charles Station and you have disembarked in the middle of the fishmongers' stalls of the Ombrière, you can start to feel the pulse of the oldest city in France. The apartment is located near Place Thiars, above bars and restaurants. The best to fully enjoy.

Check-in is via a key box: you will receive instructions to collect the keys on the day of your arrival at 4 p.m.

When you arrive, you will find in the apartment:

- One Nespresso coffee pod per person,
- Shower gel and shampoo for your arrival (1 bottle of 33 ml per person),
- One roll of toilet paper.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- On the day of arrival, it will not be possible to arrive at the apartment before 4 p.m., without exception,
- Your keys will be available in a lockbox. You will receive instructions to retrieve the keys around 4 p.m. Please note there will be no more assistance after 8 p.m.,
- On the day of departure, it is not possible to leave the apartment after 10 a.m., without exception.
- If you would like extra bedding, please let us know as soon as possible.

Other things to note
For a reservation for 2 people, only one bed will be prepared. If you would like 2 separate beds, please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that an extra €15 will be requested upon arrival.
