The space
Tastefully done interior; well lit and spacious rooms. Paintings and sculptures made by me are displayed in the villa.

There are 4 bedrooms, all with attached washrooms. Each room has something unique to offer to the guests.
-Ground floor bedroom is connected with parking, senior citizens or guests on wheel chair can access it easily. An ensuite washroom also has steam bath, caretaker can help you operate it.

-bed room on the right side of first floor has a small library which has our personal collection of art and travel books, comics, cook books, etc. It also has a locker for the convenience of guests.

-Central room or the master bedroom is cozy, has an attached balcony. Washroom is big with a jacuzzi.

-Biggest room on the right side has three balconies which offer picturesque views of Khandala Hill, creating a serene setting.

-For some leisurely fun, a small board games area is located on the first floor. Chess,Carrom, UNO, Scrabble to name a few.

-Our plunge pool, measuring 11x18 ft and 5 ft deep, provides a refreshing space to cool off and relax. Please note that it is not suitable for swimming laps due to its size.

- Garden area is good for events, birthday parties

Guest access
-We kindly inform our guests that while all parts of the villa are accessible, the kitchen area is only accessible by staff.
- However, we do allow guests with infants to utilize the kitchen for preparing meals specifically for their babies.

-To cater to your dining needs, we provide convenient amenities such as an electric kettle, microwave, and refrigerator in the dining area, allowing you to store and reheat food as desired.

-For guests who prefer delicious house meals, we have an experienced kitchen team available who can cater to their taste buds. They can prepare North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Maharashtrian meals both Veg and Non Veg. We do take party orders too. Upon request, we can share the menu.

-Please note that our kitchen team is available specifically when meals are ordered in advance.

-For any specific dietary requirements, please inform while placing food order.

Other things to note
-We are proud to have a dedicated and hardworking staff managing the villa, ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.

-Our diligent housekeeping staff operates from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, although their schedules may vary slightly to accommodate lunch breaks and tea time.

-We warmly welcome pets to the villa; however, we kindly request that they refrain from entering the pool area. This policy is in place to ensure hygiene for the comfort of our subsequent guests. Additional cleaning charges may apply for any pet-related cleaning needs.

-As we do not have a dedicated room for drivers, we recommend booking accommodation in advance at an OYO hotel nearby. Alternatively, drivers can opt to sleep in their vehicle or a comfortable cotton mattress can be arranged in the living room, provided that the guests are comfortable with this arrangement. Please note that drivers can utilize the powder room/staff toilet on the ground floor, although shower facilities are not available in this area.

Neighbourhood highlights

Our gated complex has four bungalows. Apart from our bungalow, the remaining three bungalows are inhabited by Mumbaikars who visit around weekends and holidays. A common caretaker is on hand to manage the main gate on request till 11:00 pm.

-The neighborhood outside of the complex comprises residential properties and a few holiday homes, calm on most days and abuzz on others.

-The distant hum from the Mumbai-Pune highway adds a touch of connectivity to the surroundings.

-Radisson hotel is walking distance.
- City centre is 2-3 kms away.
