This place is a great find! We needed a location between Dingle and the Cliffs of Mohr — this turned out to be perfect! The house itself is beautifully renovated with lots of space and very comfortable. There is a great backyard space that we were able to take advantage of becaus…

Okay, so this is a GORGEOUS home. Sparkling clean, beautiful, large. Unfortunately, we had one main issue with it— it was literally 52 degrees F inside the home. We had 14 month old twins with us and it was very stressful to try and amass space heaters and put them in enough laye…

Response from Bríd:
I'm quite surprised to read Lauren's review, considering she said everything was fine on her departure. The original arrival time, which she chose, was changed by her, as she was quite unwell when she reached the house. Similarly, she asked for a change and a later departure time, which we accommodated without hesitation. It clearly states that Kincora is not suitable for children, but allowances were made for Lauren and her group when she said she wished to stay. To quote Lauren, Kincora was 'sparkling clean, beautiful....' on her arrival, but unfortunately she and her group did not leave the house as they found it.

Brid and her sister Agnes made our stay very comfortable. The house was beautiful and well maintained. They made sure that we had what we needed. Thank you for the scones and all the extras. We'd love to stay there again some day.

Kincora has been in my family since 1903, when it was built by my great-grandparents. It has been tastefully restored, retaining many of its original features. We hope your stay will be a very pleasant experience in what has always been a home with great atmosphere.
