Neighbourhood highlights

This is a small , discreet village right on the sea, very close to Monaco and Nice. In summer it is bustling with activity , superyachts, celebrities and chic restaurants. In winter it is less busy but very charming. Its a great place for walking, sailing, cycling especially outside the summer . There are food kiosks in the summer, in the winter the main shopping area is 5 mins by car or bus in Beaulieu.

We are an anglo-norwegian couple living in the south of France. We have lived overseas for some years including in the Middle East.. We decided to semi retire to Eze.
