Beautiful construction with eucalyptus structure, brand new, high ceiling, very bright, super spacious and cozy... Perfect for you and your family to spend weekends, vacations and holidays, in the middle of the Atlantic forest and on one of the most beautiful beaches on the north coast, ITAMAMBUCA!!

The space
Complete gourmet area with a small outdoor kitchen, barbecue, beer, electric oven, ice water filter, rectangular table for meals. We have a silver pass in the gourmet area that integrates it with the kitchen…. The whole house is surrounded by a large, wooded backyard where we have a beautiful swimming pool, with sun loungers and tables for appetizers, shower and tb a complete outdoor bathroom, with great quality shower, mirror and double box.
The indoor kitchen is complete, it has all kinds of utensils, including Airfryer, rice cooker, electric pressure cooker, common, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, mixer, orange squeezer…
We have dishwasher and washer and dryer.
Our kitchen has an island for cooking, bench countertop, round table for meals.
The house has three en-suites with air-conditioning and a ceiling fan in the following configuration: bedroom 1= one queen-size bed + extra mattress if necessary/ bedroom 2= two double beds/ bedroom 3= one double bed and two single beds. The bathrooms have a good space, with high quality showers. The house has many aluminum doors and windows and all of them, without exception, have a mosquito net.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to all areas of the house. At the entrance, we have a beautiful, well-lit garden with steps and a ramp for access, if necessary.

Other things to note
This is our house… it was recently built with all the affection, mainly because we were going to live in it… the house is complete.
We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach cart.
