Set in the heart of Trinity, 15 minutes walk from Edinburgh Botanic Gardens sits this hidden gem. Fully gut renovated in 2023 to a high standard, this upper apartment forms part of the original Trinity Masonic Lodge, Number 885, built in the 1880’s.
Cosy, light, quiet and private with blackout blinds fitted throughout, the apartment is set amongst parks and trees and feels like a peaceful haven, welcoming and warm in any season. Free on street parking and shops nearby.

The space
The space has recently been lovingly renovated to a superior finish, whilst still retaining the quirks and character of the old house. The bathroom, complete with bath is perfect for relaxing after a hard day walking round the city. The open plan living room and kitchen give a wonderful feeling of warmth and light. Brand new central heating system warms the whole house quickly, with hot water on demand. The large L shaped couch and beanbag are perfect for snuggling up with friends to watch the 85” TV.
