3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the top 2 floors. Free off street parking. Desk. Strong WiFi.

Close to Newquay town centre, with many restaurant, cafes and bars.

Master bedroom on top floor with kingsize double bed, and en suite bathroom (toilet & shower).

Middle floor with double bedroom, twin bedroom and family bathroom (bath, with hand shower).

Good storage, with large fitted wardrobes in each bedroom. Chest of draws in the two double bedrooms.

Fully fitted kitchen, well equipped. Kitchen bar & 2 stools. Extendable dining table to seat 6.

Neighbourhood highlights

Newquay boasts 7 local sandy beaches, along the beautiful rugged Northern Cornish coastline.
We are very close to Tolcarne beach - 1 min walk to the steps leading down to the beach. This is a wide family friendly sandy beach, with wonderful surf during the day & fabulous sunsets at night.

Other close beaches are Great Western (5 mins) & Lusty Glaze (10 mins). Then walking through into town to Towan beach (15 mins) & the harbour (20 mins). The world renowned Fistral surf beach is a 25 mins walk (5 mins in car). All sandy beaches.

We are also close to Newquay ‘town’ centre with its cafes, bars and restaurants. In town there are lots of surf shops hiring and selling surf and beach gear.

There are tennis courts at the bottom of the street; plus the leisure centre and zoo, catering for all ages.

Easy to get to us - Newquay Train station 3 mins walk. Newquay airport is a 15 mins drive.

Further afield there are an abundance of things to do in Cornwall - National Trust properties, cycle routes, many beautiful beaches for walks. Penzance, Lands End.

We have left a guest's book in the house, offering tips of things to do & see; places to eat and shop.

OTHER INFO: Why no Airbnb reviews? This is our new holiday home - to date we have been using an agency. Included in the price is linen (sheets & towels). You will need to only bring your own beach towels.
