A large property hidden in the jungle on the shores of Lake Atitlán. Relax, rest, and focus in total peace and quiet: there are no roads, no cars, and no neighbors. The only sound is the chirping of the birds in the trees.

The property is only accessible by boat. It's a 4-minute boat ride from the city of Santiago. My workers and I will take you in a boat back and forth between the property and Santiago.

The space
There are 3 houses spread out in different areas on the property. I've lived 3 years in my house here, and I rent out the other two houses. The chalet is a single-story wooden house which is a short walk up the hill on a stone path, set amidst the trees and plants. The stone house is closer to the lake, with no climb, and it is 3 stories.

The wooden house has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a large bed, and a smaller room with a two-bed bunk bed. Blankets, sheets, towels, and many pillows are all provided for your comfort.

The house is fully equipped. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, pots, pans, utensils. The main room has a TV, DVD player, as well as tables and chairs.

The internet is by satellite. Download speed: 10 Mbps; upload speed: 1-3 Mbps.

The houses are surrounded by many large trees, beautiful plants and flowers. There are beautiful views of Lake Atitlán and the two volcanos on the other side of the lake, Tolimán and Atitlán.

Guest access
You have full access to the entire property.

There is a basketball court (which can also be used for volleyball), a fire pit where you can roast your food in the outdoors, benches for picnics, and kayaks and canoes which you can use on the lake.

I have gardens on the lake from which I'd love to share with you whatever is available during your stay: lettuce, chilis, Swiss chard, cabbage, dragonfruit, papaya, and lots more. Plus as many bananas as you can eat!

Other things to note
I love living here because of the beautiful nature, the views, the lake, and the weather. And I love to share all of that with my guests!

I provide breakfast or a welcome food package so you can cook for yourself if you like. I also provide purified water for your entire stay.

The house is available for short-term or long-term rentals.

Solar panels generate all the electricity on the property.

It's a very unique space, so if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

I would be very happy to welcome you here to this idyllic and tranquil paradise on Lake Atitlán.
