Interaction with guests
If you wish, we can take a grand Istanbul (Bosphorus) tour of 5 to 6 hours with my scooter. I can offer you the following route and activities: after crossing the Fatih Sultan Mehmet bridge and arriving at the Asian side, we could have a cup of tea or coffee in a café in the lovely Uskudar district with a view over old Istanbul. If you want you can take some nice pictures there and afterwards we can pass under the Fatih Sultan Mehmet bridge and pause, take pictures and have some drinks in the many nice café’s with views over the Bosphorus. We will be visiting the best places on the Asian side. Next, we will cross the Bosphorus bridge to arrive at the European side of Istanbul. Our tour will continue in the Rumelihisari district where we can have drinks in café’s with views on the Bosphorus again, but this time viewed from the European side. After Rumelihisari, we will pass through the districts of Bebek, Arnavutköy, Ortaköy, Beşiktaş to arrive at our final destination, Taksim. In sum, you will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful places of Istanbul, located at both the Asian and European shore of the Bosphorus. The tour can continue, depending on your wishes. This tour gives you the chance to see places that most of the inhabitants of Istanbul haven’t even seen. For this tour I ask a price of 100 euro’s and this offer is made to all of my guests. If you would like to take this tour, please let me know. Thank you!
I care about hygiene and therefore I would appreciate it if the apartment is kept clean and neat. Regarding pets; I do not keep any pets myself but I can accept it if you bring your pet with you, because I do love pets! Lastly, I am a pipe smoker and smoking is allowed in the apartment, so please take this into account.
Hi! My name is Ufuk Karali. I am a professional movie and theater actor and I live alone in the Beyoğlu, Taksim district of Istanbul. If you are looking for a room to rent in an apartment in the heart of Istanbul, just check out my pictures and get an idea of the cozy atmosphere at my place.
I'm sociable and I love meeting people from all over the world. I’ve been living in Istanbul with enormous pleasure for more than 25 years and my greatest joy is to discover unseen places in this fascinating city by riding my scooter, so I can say I know Istanbul like the back of my hand. Surely you are free to explore the city on your own, but if you need any tips or advice, I can help you out.
Lastly, I’m very easygoing and flexible as a housemate, it is just important to me that the apartment is kept clean. I’m looking forward to hosting you, so please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions!
