This luxury villa of 250 m², elegantly furnished, in Provencal style, facing south with private swimming pool awaits you for an unforgettable vacation

The space
From the front door, the villa welcomes you into a spacious hall with direct access to the kitchen, cloakroom and guest toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen (American fridge with ice dispenser, induction hob, extractor hood, oven and microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, etc.) opens onto a beautiful terrace.
In sunny weather, wonderful cooking, the electric barbecue awaits you for holiday-style grills...
On the practical side, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a storeroom are adjacent to the kitchen.
The lounge area with fireplace and the adjoining dining room offer a beautiful space, each opening onto the covered terrace with a beautiful view of the Esterel massif and the Mediterranean.
For the sleeping area, on the ground floor, the house offers a Master bedroom with private bathroom equipped with a double sink, a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
